This phone doesn't get viruses. Its a java one n its impossible. Back up everythin on ur phone n do a reset that shud sort out whatever is wrong. * +

Your k550i did not get virus so stop telling unnecessary lie about this nice phone. I bet u download a file that is corrupted so your phone start to ignore your commands. Switch it off, then on, delete corrupted files then switch off then back on. * +
