If you are trying to or have installed new games and this occur for those then either they are corrupt or the phone do not support the game(possibly that verson).But if this is for preset games,then you should go for a service center repairment. * +

Dont need software upgrade, it needs software reinstall, upgrading will do nothing but confuse things as it WONT fix it and it will give you CID53, thats means no flashing with XS++ or SETool2 Lite, jdflasher the only free tool to support CID53 and most people cannot get to grips with Far Manager lol, dont know why like its a piece of pi*s, by far the best db2020 tool out
