I dont have a PC wish to update the firmware/software on my mobile, went to the t-mobile retailer where i got my phone to see if they could do it 4 me but they didnt have USB ports on the PCs laptops at the store *

If its under warrenty, request them to hav a new laptop with usb ports! Else go to other stores. *
