My 3 week old k850i has died! I put it on charge yesterday and it was still switched on, when i took it off charge a few hours later it had turned itself off, when i tried to turn it on the lights around the b*ttons and camera lit up but thats it, nothing else happened. I took the battery out and replaced it. Nothin. I took the battery out and left it out for 20 mins an still nothing. Any ideas? * +

Also, its not the first time its turned itself off or reset itself and this is the 2nd handset i've had the first one had touch sensitive b*ttons that didnt work! * +

I'll speak to o2 as soon as i can unfortunately i'm stuck in hospital at the moment. I was hoping someone on here would have an idea how to at least get it going so i could get my pics an stuff onto the memory card lol * +
