its only a week old and no i had plenty of battery n i tried chargin it it wont do anything * +

i tried takin the battery out n puttin it back in i tried takin the sim card out n puttin it back in i tried takin the memory card out n startin it with out it i tried pluggin the charger in i tried hookin it to the data cable....nothin except a lil vibration like it wants to start... * +

I think either ur screen is gone or the firmware is defective. So exchange it. * +
