I connected my phone 2 my pc 2 times. And it launched new hardward wizard. Then i could not install the drivers. But now it does not even launch the new hardware wizard. Is there any timing factor involved while connecting fone to pc using xs++ Plz help. * +

Turn phone off, take out sim and memory card. Reinsert battery. DO NOT TURN ON. Launch xs, hit connect, follow on screen prompts * +
