Thats wat i meant..it aint mine,and i thnk the owner gav it 2 sum1 and he tried 2 flash it,so i gues waranty wnt even work..ne ideas on wat the prob cud b? * +

Could be they flashed it with the wrong firmware or the phone has just died. Either way get xs 3.1 the usb drivers and try connecting it. Theres no harm in connecting * +
