at a clamshell phone if the lights on and the display doesn't mostly problem is on the flexible connector cable.not at software, i found it on samsungs often * +

Even if the phone isn't under guarantee any repairs you paid for HAVE to be. If they expect u to pay then refuse because the previous repairs obv didn't work. * +
