No one can acces your phone if your blootooth gsm on and even than you have to confirm that you allow other device to connect. * +

Yeah n they also have to be already paired with u for it to work. Its an ok prog for windin ur mates up but not worth time messin with really. * +

if you got something like a Pocket PC there a proper bluejacking softs you can get that dont need to be paired, but then again Pocket PC's are alot more capable then phone's
