Mine just gives me an empty vkp script, are there any other programs like that out there *

DB2020ImageTool, but its , my guess is you forgot or didnt set the donner images *

DB2020 GFX Replacer is the best of the two as you can use images that differ in size to the images already in the FW, also it can patch images of higher bytes while ImageTool cannot (thats a dead project now anyway i think), before you press generate vkp make sure you select view project *

if there's any red R signs the patch wont be generated, you need to go find some donner images (they will be permenantly removed for the FW to make space for your new images), i suggest you google for a png optimizer to filter all the cr*p out your new images as it can half the size in bytes which means less donner png *
