Can anyone help my k550i has started to say charging alien battery when ever i put it on charge its only 7 weeks since i bought it and the battery never fully charges now this started 2 days ago, and i cant find the reciept to return it. All help welcomed, thanx in advance * +

You can take out battery and put it back in again,it could speed up selfsorting process a bit. * +

Ive tried cleaning the terminals and letting the battery go flat ive even formatted the memory card, and fully reset the phone but it still says charging alien battery lol * +

When it does it on my phone i unplug the charger turn off my phone then plug in the charger again an it starts charging normally then turn phone back on * +

Thankyou all for your help ive charged it while switched off it was on charge for eleven hours and my battery is now at 93 per cent once again thanx for your help * +
