Im out on this one, currently dont have much spare time, probably wont for a while, sorry (got commitments on another board), but iv talked a fair few people through flashing so im sure one of those could take my place and give ya a hand, for K810 you will need to source a Cust Pack as well as Firmware Files as XS++ dont have any K810 embedded (and SETool2 Lite dont have any embedded full stop). * +

Good place to find which Firmware you need is topsony, click language discription and match with current language list in the phone (sms writing languages), you'll determin which FS Firmware File you need from that (be something like Europe_2), you can also goto the CDA section and workout which Cust Pack you need (match it to the FS), and also match the Main Firmware to the FS Firmware File also. * +

Or alternatly you can press... Star, Right, Star, Left, Left, Star, Left, Star to enter the Service Menu, click on Service Info then Software info, scroll down and look for where it parts Customization and it will have the current CDA string and FS file if you can make sense of it (but that was is useless if your phone is branded and you want it debranded). * +

OK i just seen on your profile your from UK, so for K810 your looking for a Generic Main Firmware File (NOT Generic China Main lol), with a Europe 2 FS Firmware File and the Cust Pack you need is CDA102568/200 those are the 3 files needed to flash your phone (im also UK to with that exact Firmware), latest K810 Firmware is R8BA024. * +
