WSOD unless you have a backup of the phones GDSF area it'll need need to goto the shop for fixing. * +

Its a part of the phones software thats unique to every phone, its where things like sim lock, imei number and stuff are stored, if the shop you take it to is good he can fix (only DB2010/12 models), but if he dont know what he's doing he could make it worse. *
