You have an OTP CID49 dont you........... They have crippled cam units, you would either need to find the driver (which is rare, i gave up trying), or fit a camera unit from either a OTP CID36 K750.... a D750 or w800 or w810 (i used a w800 unit), but if your gonna change camera unit use a w810 unit if you can as there better and can handle higher compressing rates. * +

Or if you can find someone with an OTP CID49 K750, use um SETool2 Lite and write a script to backup there Camera Driver and upload to your phone..... You could also use a well written customize_upgrade.xml to copy it to the phone..... Or den_po's SEFP CID49 Mod but then you'd need to flash breakin loaders and rest file's etc.... * +

If you can find an OTP CID49 id write you a customize_upgrade.xml but still im unsure if is something in the CID49 K750 Firmware that detects the OTP CID and change's how the driver is used, so uploading a driver might not work anyway. * +
