Yep you can use k800 for modem. I used to do it all the time. Not sure if its free though! * +

Yeah install networking wizzard off the disc u get in the box with ur k8 then open network wizzard connect it should upload the settings out ur phone to ur laptop. * +

Make sure u plug usb cable in to ur k8 n to lappy.then when its all set go into ur connections properties then set ur modem speed as high as will go. * +

U need to download the updated drivers off sonyericsson website for vista. * +
