Lol he tried reinstallin again but stil havin problems. I suggest uninstall again delete all related files n folders n run registry cleaner then install again. * +

what OS you using? if its Vista goto the SE website and download the Vista Version of it, failing that it might be the Virtual Memory, Vista has a bug that makes it miscalculate some of the offsets but there is an MS update to fix it. *
