I guess you ment permit. If so,scroll to that app,click more and you'll be prompted with meni containing permissions. * +

if only it were possible to create a program that u just drop a .jar file in, set configurable permisions, nd it changes the .jar and makes .jad too... we al hav dreams lol * +

There is called EQHalmer 
but the signed files wont work without the Halmer.cer file installed correctly (thats where XS++ comes into play) once the certificate is installed you simply drag and drop the jar file onto the EQHalmer.exe file and it generates a signed jad file :p * +

Then you transfer both jar and jad to the phone and press install on the jad file and you can edit the Game/Application's permissions to Never Ask 
but as i say the cert need's to be installed correctly so you have to upload it with a customize_upgrade.xml that tells the phone its an actual java cert or the signed files are useless. * +
