Guy in the shop says I should buy this phone. I want a phone that is quick for browsing wap/web via gprs. I'm a Nokia fan, but he says they're awful. Is the K800i any good? Btw, I hate the joysticks, will I get used to it? * +

Um SE joysticks are a love em or hate em thing, you get a good one that works, or you get a bad one that you gotta clean all the time, but yes the k800 is a good phone and reliable (haha you must think thats a joke coming from me, but the Erom bug is no longer a problem), and yeah its 3G so its faster then GPRS, nice lil phone :) * +

k800 is rubbish for browsing even with opera mini you will find the phone constantly restarts itself especially when browsing content heavy websites.Any Nokia s60 KILLS k800 in every department except camera * +

You two couldn't have a more different opinion. I'm gonna get it. It's cheap and I'm guessing anything will be better than my 3220 nervous * +

Yeah Nokia's do that, so do Sony Ericsson but there overoll more reliable, and the k800 is one of the more reliable SE's now as the EROM problem that hownded it when it was released has been fixed, but the answer is yes the joysticks do clog up alot and need TLC every now and then, but its a very nice phone and currently the best value for money (out of every manufacturer) at the minute in my opin * +
