Could be network branding, but all SE should unless the networks blocked it, Voda are big for that, they even used to encrypt mp3s so you had to buy them from voda kind like I-Tunes, there tw*ts * +

wont make a diff if Voda only allowing encrypted mp3's, there are programs that do the encrypting and stuff but the best thing to do is get the phone debranded *
