Had phone apart including the keypad and camera b*tton. Made sure that the connection was in properly and was fine, until I tested the camera b*tton. It clicks, but its not activating. Any ideas? I did notice a small dirty bit on the copper circle on the * +

it could need a new b*tton, or it could need a new ribbon (the strip that goes from the cam module to the motherboard) its 50/50 * +

try to find a broken w810 and try the ribbon, if its the b*tton then either buy a new phone or learn russian and head off to mobilefree.ru and get yourself a patch made to change the function to another b*tton (its possible) * +

although they'll probably charge a few Euro's to have a patch made, but they do that over there, russians are just to clever
