You take the battery out and you'll see 2 star shaped screws, use a T6 screw driver (or anything you can turn them with lol) to take them out, then carefully stick the tip of your thumb in the memory card slot (with the memory card out obviously) and pop the bottom clips holding the front case on, then carefully go around the phone and popping the rest of the clips untill its off. * +

Once its off carefully pop the keypad off (although you dont need to its just easier to) the connector is under the 6 and 9 b*tton, and then pull the little plastic joystick cap off :) and yeah what polo said about the phone's, there's not much in it :p * +

I have both and believe me the w810 is sooo much easier to use. * +

I've just tried un those two screws, but I can't find anything that will work. Would any one have any ideas as to what to use for it. * +

A T6 Screw Driver, you normally get them in PC tool kits, there only about a quid to buy. *
