You cant just send a phone back and demand a new one, they have to try fix it first. As ive stated in another post rah, Im not sure what firmware or if you had a unlucky phone from a faulty batch, But ive not had a problem with mines and i know thousands who are in the same boat. * +

And i know loads with same probs. I got it when it had just come out. Sony ericsson dont test them cos they in such a rush to get em out and make money. * +
