Iz tha ba3 charged? That could cause it to do that r mayb u need to update it. U can with tha sony ericsson update service r if nt just take it bk to tha dealer. * +

Yeah de battery is charge. But something on de phone is lock so update aint showing. Its was bought from fido * +

you could try but i wouldnt risk it, from reading that id say GDSF and if you flash it you could make it worse. * +
