Na master reset wont work, read up on XS++ and SETool2 Lite, or if your unsure a repair shop can do it relatively cheap, about a tenna, but if you make him think you know about that sort of stuff you'll be able to knock him down as DB2020 phones dont need server access to flash :p that means it costs the guy nothing to do * +
