@lyndel4, if your lucky and the phone is a Cid49 you'll be able to do a full firmware readout of your k310 and if your miss .rm .ra you'll be able to flash the exact firmware back into the phone, but unfortuanatly i dont know the start and lengh's for k310.... Google it. * +
