Make sure that you selected picture camera,cos in movie mode you wont find flash. Also in some scenes flash is disabled (document for example),so just put all your settings on auto,and you'll be able to find it. If it still aint there,take it to service cos it's the wierdest bug i have ever heard of. * +

Cheers kut, u sorted it for me. I had it set on landscape mode which disabled the flash. Just put it on auto and it works fine now * +
