The sim in v630i died a couple of days ago. When I got a replacement from vodafone all my security certs were gone. Tried my wife's sim in my phone and they were all there. Tried my sim in her phone and the certs were fine. Went out bought a new sim with a new number and still no certs. What's going on? Why would the phone be okay with my wife's sim and not with a brand new one? * +

That's what I thought so why would they be there with one sim and not the other? I did notice that the contact pattern on the two new sims are different to what I consider normal. Maybe se phones don't like the new type? * +

you could try looking for a certs pack but you'd need to use XS to install them as the phone wont reconize the certs with .der (or is it .dev) extensions. * +

Like deizil said certificates are stored on the phone the issue wit your sim is just a matter of settings * +
