I downloaded pc suite v2.10.46 and im using a k800i. My prob: whn tryn 2 install d pc suite i get a 'failed to load resource' eror msg. Any ppl knw hw 2 gt past this? * +

are you using Vista or XP, there's a different PC Suite for each, maybe thats the problem. * +

XP Pro 32Bit SP2. Did a clean install of XP and stl its gvn m d error. PC Suite v2.10.46. Downloaded 4 XP * +

Have you tried downloading the PC Suite again incase it was a broken download? also when is it giving you the error, while your installing the PC Suite or when you connect the phone to the computer? * +

You need to delete the old one delete any files a55 ociated with it in your program files * +

Ok lt me be specific. I did a clean install of XP. So no program files can be conflicting. I downloaded d pc suite twice. Iv checkd my hardware (phone, cable, usb port) and wth pc suite v1 it works. When i click to install imediately it gvs d error. If u click yes it restarts and installs bt whneva u open pc suite it restarts explorer and clears d cache so certain icons dnt apear in d task tray. * +
