Be more specific... they can send but not recive how? bluetooth, mms or email? if its mms, are they reciving the mms and the phone wont let them download or is it just not getting to the phone full stop? also what size in KBS is the pic, is it over 100kb as it could be a network restriction (but i wouldnt have thoght so), have they tried contacting the network to see if its a server problem... * +
