Please help!! I have a SonyEricsson W800i n every so often when i'm browsin, a msg appears on screen sayin unable to show selected page n the screen goes white. Is this normal? Please inbox me or leave reply here * +

firmware upgrade wont work, and yes its normal, it happens when the phones internal memory (RAM) fills up, switch it off and back on to clear the internal memory. * +

i always thought it was server problem or sumthin cos a bud wid different brand gets same problem at same time while chattin. it happenned a few times in past week. * +

nope its definatly internal memory, when its a server problem it tells you. if your chatting to your friend over wap/web your both seeing the same stuff and the internal memory is filing up at the same rate (unless one of you turns the images off), plus you'll find most phones have the same sort of memory capacity apart from the newer high end phones which have more, k750/w800 have 1mb * +

you can actually help free some up as that 1mb inludes themes, background images and stuff, disable your screen saver, apply a none amimated theme (the smaller the memory size the better), also regularly delete your browser cache, cookies and passwords, that'll help free up some but not alot, the cache and theme make a biggest differences depending on how big the gif is. * +
