I had same problem after 3 repaired my mobile. They updated firmware and from that day on it never work properly till last week where it gave up completly . They sent me a new one after shouting at them for hours. * +

I did a software update even though i already had latest software then master reset then i deleted the apps which were not working i reinstalled them and now they seem to be working so hopefully i might be lucky *
