u go to connectivity settings data communications data accounts select the account ur network uses select more account info a page will pop up with the name external id apn etc now on external id there will be a number eg 1 thats the number u use as the dial up number *99***1 if the number on external id is 2 then your dial up number becomes *99***2 * +

On se phones you dont hav to enter init command i use bt on window's and linux hav never had to use init command on se phone * +
