Cheers lads, just remembered it's a 3g phone with my old 2g sim in so that's probably it :) i'll attempt to get some sense out of orange customer services tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up lads * +

If u got net go on ebay n get a orange 3G sim there 99p free postage if u get one at orange shop u have to top up 10quid to get the sim free.also orange will transfer ur allowances n old number to new sim. *
