I know i was right lol, but an update can fix it in some rare cases... um... i just totally forgot what phone you have , if you dont feel confident enough to flash it yourself you can get it done at any shop that unlocks phones and it will cost the same, if they try to charge more tell them where to go in a not so nice way, or if your under warrenty they'll do it as its a software failure. * +
