Your gonna have the same problem with the s500. The material they used on the phone is soft so try not to make the keys bend because when the bend they get stuck the the crack. This problem happens with the w580 as well * +

get a different model! The W580 and S500 have build problems with their keys. Apparently the paint used on the keys and material used to make the keys become kind of acidic and so burn threw the plastic and make it weak where you press! SE are busy trying to fix ths up *
