My w850 just white'd out whilst i was usin opera. Switched it back on again n when i tried to get back into applications to use opera again. It said 'OPERATION FAILED'.. Did a master reset but still can't open applictions. Anyone else had same problem or no of a solution for this?? Any helpfull advice will be appreciated * +

This was a common problem with the early firmware of W850, K800, K610 and sum of the other JP-7 phones that wer released last year. If wat JAMO said doesnt work then rather give your W850 a firmware update,or take it to your nearest service center and ask them to gv it a firmware update, they do it for free if your phone is under warranty,wich it should be * +

If u kep 0n reading the forum u would know that i also got that probleme. But i got angry at repair centre and got myself a new ph0ne. * +
