i have a k800i and when i switch it on it keeps rebooting. how can i flash it and where can i get the software to flash it? thanks in advance * +

I advice you to get it flashed at a SE care centre if you don't want to end up with a dead phone. * +

u mean the sony ericsson website? i took it to cell-c and they say it cant be fixed * +

There's no such thing. Try MTN outlets, they will charge you though. * +

How long hav you had it it should still be under warranty k800 is not that old which network did you buy it from * +

If everything else fail... try NASHUA MOBILE. They will be able to flash it... Im not surprised if VODACOM cant fix it, MTN is always better. Nashua might charge you a bit more... but they are good. I know some Indian guys at some of the outlets around... * +
