Ok so i have a W850i contract . When i switch it on it says inactive sim . Omg it allows web access but , cant ring out or text . I've contacted both orange and sony ERICSON about this they pa55 me back to each other with no offers of help . Its contract im still paying my bills . Tried other sim card's still nada . O btw the sim cards work in other phone's . Ugh please help someone . Idk what to do . Ps~ advice never sign an orange contract they dont seem too care bout customers now day's G * +

Well if its still new take it back or try master reset but i say take it back it should be under warranty * +

Yea they refuse too take it back as i got it from phones for you not orange direct . Each pa55 the buck . Master reset 0000 right ? Is it best too remove memory card for this sorry im blonde lol ugh Grr * +

You can take the mem card out i'm not sure wat default security code is if master reset don't work then try seus update if not then go back where you bought it from throw a tantrum about bad service when the shop is full that should get you a response * +

Master reset wont do nothing, take it back to phones4u and they'll sort it, if its still under warrenty that is.... * +

Also if you do take the phone back, make sure you do have a reciept.if not they should be able to look up your date of purchase and print one off. Don't bother taking it anywhere else.cuz if it aint from their shop they wont do jack. * +
