I have a new k800i. I asked O2 to transfer the credit and the number from my old 2G sim card onto a 3G sim card, they will post within 5 working days and deactivate the 2g sim. Will I be without a phone for 5 days? *

yeah. they deactivate your old sim when they post the new one. the only way to get round this is to go to a shop and buy a 3g sim then ask them to transfer everything. but that will cost you to buy a new one, where if they send you a new one it wont cost you. if you can do without your phone for a few days then just let them post it to you. and remember it will be within 5 days so maybe only 2 *
