You dont have kids, she wont give you a divorce, yet your portraing her as being miserable with you, the house can be sold, or re morgaged and you brought out of? Nothing is stopping you leaving, yet you dont atleast things have improved a bit from the line... I'm only with her for the kids? im sure you'll have no trouble having an affair * +
