Id say people like usually have insecurity issues. They need to to belong n loved. They get involved with people who usually treat them like dirt. The relationship becomes a toxic addiction.like a woman married to an alkie. He uses n abuses her. She crys wolf to her friends n family. Because they care n can see the truth they offer help n advice.the woman returns to the situation. * +

The husband bails himself out with the usual excuses.however in time it all starts up again. The woman never takes the advice from friends as she convinces herself she loves him. The truth is its not love but a toxic habit that she cannot do without. Those kind of people never learn n are usually weak minded people. * +

The cycle continues from one partner to another. They are happy to latch on to anybody who wants them.They will always pick the wrong ones as they dont learn as they dont know any different to them its normal. In the end friends n family lose respect for them n realise that no matter how much u try to help them they never want to listen to the truth! * +

Yes you do learn I did granted took a while but I left started a new life. Put up with lot of shyt from his family for standing up to him I was painted blacker than black. Put up with threats being followed, watched was not easy. People think once you leave that's it, it's not it's a living nightmare. Thankfully got through it. The physical scares fade but mental scars last a life time. *
