OS 10 works like a charm on the Z10. Very fluid. Love the virtual keyboard and the BlackBerry Hub. The only drawback for the Z10 is it's battery life. It won't last for the full day. You'll have to recharge it in the evening. Quite frustrating. * +

Not recommended if you want to run Android apps. It does support android apps but you won't get instant app notifications in the background. Moreover, some of them lag. * +

Pros:
Messaging - best.
Virtual keyboard - best in the competition.
OS more fluid than Android.
Flash supported browser.

Cons:
Battery life.
Limited apps.
