Telkom mobile aka 8ta now has a 1GB BIS limit. So when you download and reach that limit they throttle you to the ground with average 10 to 15kbps speeds. the only alternative is cellc which has the 2GB BIS limit but its network will teach you new swear words you didn't even know existed. And that's how the cookie crumbles. * +

either cellc downed their data on the R57 package or your bro is using the lesser priced BIS package like the R37 or less package which are limited to 1GB. AFAIK the only package on cellc with 2GB is the R57 one. MTN... You don't wanna go there. Trust me. * +
