My wife has a 9720 and I have a 9790 and when my mum sends the same picture to us both via BBM, I receive it but she doesn't,yet other people also receive the same image via bbm??? Is it a network problem or something to do with the 9720 itself??? (Surprised) *

are you on the same network?Also in my experience pictures sent via bbm don't go through if the recipient does not have 3G signal *
