I just happened to see your post, yugan.....did u get confirmation that your bis was cancelled? Also, when u reload, choose 'add' blackberry instead of reactivate blackberry...... * +

Ungers I never cancelled my bis it was expiring like normal. This is the 1st time this has happened, normally after restarting my phone my speeds return to normal. I'll wait and see * +

Perhaps its too close to the end of the month.....8ta stated that speeds will return to normal the 1st of each month, regardless when u last recharged.....that's why I cancel my bis before I reload a new bis package..... * +

I gave customer care a call and apparently my bis service hasn't been renewed on their side, they advised me to register my host route table, switch my mobile network on and off. But that didn't solve the problem. I asked for a refund so I can reload my bundle but that's out of the question as they have opened a case and will investigate the matter and contact after 72 WORKING hours. Which is around 9 working days. After which they will they will determine whether or not to refund or renew. Waste of time in my opinion. *
