they did not its a ploy to get BB people back they don't allow you to download any files with a media extention like avi and mp3 even small files they also take airtime for other downloads you do. Don't Believe them * +

Had some spare loyalty points so decided to buy MTN's 1 day uncapped data bundle. Had some issues activating the bundle so I called the helpline and guess what??? There is a limit to how much you can download on this bundle...UNCAPPED my @ss * +

Well, i had no throttling issues so far, download speeds vary though. ive already downloaded a few gigs so far. So i would say ya, its uncapped
