My phone is constantly draining my battery in minutes lately. Bought new battery, same prob. So I thought I'd try an OS update. Downloaded the latest one for my phone that I could find (7.1.0.1047). Problem is when I want to install the OS on my PC, it gives error the wizard was interrupted before Blackberry Device Software Version 7.1.0 could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified Any ideas how I can get it to work! Using XP service pack 3 if that helps * +

no I'm first trying to install the OS to my PC. using a curve 9360 * +

Try a os from MTN i have found they are more stable and not so full of glitches as the other operators https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do * +

newest one there is (7.1.0.2039) just install search and Delete vendor.xml on PC then load os with Bsak * +
