My bold 5 (9900) doesn't scroll anymore, but if I use applictions like opera, document viewer, it works normally with trackpad and screen. I've downgraded and upgraded the OS many times hoping it would fix the problem but it didn't. I need help please!! I still love my bold * +

When upgrading the firmware do you completely wipe the phone or just install over the previous firmware. If its the latter, try completely wiping your phone then reinstalling your desired firmware. But if you did that then it only means that your trackpad is faulty and should be replaced. * +

Like yugan said, and if all fails, google for JL_Cmder......it wipe the phone to factory state.....then reload Os.......I might b wrong, but I think yugan meant u should use bbsak instead of just security wipe?..... * +
