Go to Options-Applications. There,click on 3rd party apps and choose Add-on and you'll find the app *

There is a way of deleting it using your Pc. Check the post regarding software links. Ungers posted a link to a program used to customize fw installations. I used it on my 9300 and deleted the help app, voice dialling, all the pre-installed games, to do list and a few other apps. If you're familiar with symbian phones then it works something like how phoenix works. *
