Can anybody help pls i downloaded a theme from bb app world it has a pdlock on the bottom right side on screen+am unable to use my device since.Is there any way i unlock so i can use my phone theonly keys that work r the Alt keys. * +

Dial your local cell emergency nr......end the call before anybody pics up.....your phone should be unlocked now.......remove the annoying theme..... * +

I apolagise for not submitting a reply but i did try to imput 999 emergency call number in uk still no joy am afraid i would b eva so grateful if u have any other possible solutions i promise to tell u if it has worked or not.Please don't give up posting help as am grateful but my lifes been a little hectic to say the least + so taken longer to catch back up. * +

If your phone is charged connect it to a pc and use desktop manager to delete the theme you downloaded if you can remember the theme name. Your phone should restart automatically and it should help. Also when connecting your phone to the pc check and see if you are able to select pc mode on your phone. *
